If you haven’t experienced the Flipbook Studio at an event, it’s pretty simple and also pretty fun too. Depending on the type of event, you can choose from any one of the fun green screen background images or videos or a classy metallic sequins backdrop. Next, you and your friends pick some fun themed props. Then, prepare and plan for your 7 second video shoot! Most of our guests get really creative with props and video tricks in and out of frame. We’ve seen moonwalkers, elevator and escalator magic, cartwheels, dance moves, rock stars, and always one person doing the Floss. The Floss is in apparently…
After you complete your video, you can review it and then we print and produce your Flipbook. It usually takes about 1 minute to produce each Flipbook. We then bind your 60 page Flipbook with a single staple to a custom made cover matched to your event. If the venue provides a WiFi connection we can email the video to you. At the end of the event we save all the Flipbook Video files to a password protected gallery for review after the party. How much does it cost to have The Flipbook People come to my event ?
We charge by the hour and have a two hour minimum. The Standard Flipbook Studio includes 60 covers per hour so we can make up to 60 Flipbooks per hour. We have many upgrades and different configurations to accomplish specific outcomes for your wedding or special event. We have expanded studios for up to 100 Flipbooks per hour. We now have an optional 32″ Touchscreen monitor, audience monitors for more fun, themed wraps, custom backdrops, and photo options for 4×6 prints too. To get an accurate quote, please CONTACT US.

What do the The Flipbook People need at my event ?
We need a 10×10 floor space and our background needs to be placed against a solid wall for safety. We can be flexible on the layout, but we need to discuss ahead of time to make sure it’s safe for you and your guests. We also need a good source of power nearby, our setup uses about 10 amps with a standard 120V outlet. We will need two 6 foot standard tables with matching linens, preferably black. Most venues will provide the tables, but if they can’t or don’t have any, we can bring our folding tables. Our equipment is very heavy, we use a rolling cart to bring the equipment in. We must have the ability to roll the push cart in and/or use an elevator to arrive at the deployment area. If you have a floor plan, that helps us set up quicker and ensures the room setup has included our space into the layout.
Do you travel outside of the Central Florida Area ?
Yes, there are additional travel fees based on location. Email us for actual pricing to your location. We have no travel fees within 60 miles of downtown Orlando, 32801. Depending on the type of setup, date, time, and length of time booked, we can waive travel fees, but please contact us to make sure.
How many Flipbooks do I get?
Our Standard Flipbook Studio can produce up to 60 Flipbooks per hour. The Expanded Flipbook Studio can produce up to 100 Flipbooks per hour. For smaller parties where guest count is less than 30 and when the studio is deployed at a home or small venue, we have a special setup to produce up to 30 Flipbooks an hour. The Mini Flipbook Studio is still being evaluated as a viable option for the smaller events, but may not be available all the time.
